It may be as you are one hour early.  My Nikons indicate DST but I must
set the time to the correct clock in the cameras.  Set the camera time to
your local time/clock and it will be corect, or at least see if it seems
correct.

My image datestamps in rawtherapee, gwenview and geeqie appear correctly
for me, but these display the image datestamp, *not* the file timestamp.

Note that a system file listing will not show the image timestamp rather
the last write or access within your system.  Dt, rawtherapee, and ...
should display the image timestamp.
