Interesting discovery.  I have my camera set to UTC and the time here is
BST at the moment, i.e. in the UK daylight savings times is in operation.
I also see the datetimes reported by DT as one hour ahead of the EXIF
timestamp, though that effectively converts it into correct local time
(BST).

As I have mentioned in one of my previous messages DT uses Exiv2 as its
library for reading EXIF data from raw and JPEG files.  Exiv2 also has a
command line tool and this shows all three timestamps
(Exif.Image.DateTime, Exif.Photo.DateTimeOriginal,
Exif.Photo.DateTimeDigitized)
as matching the clock on the camera (UTC in my case).

Interestingly in the SQLite database DT uses it (images.datetime_taken)
also matches the value from the camera's clock so this looks like a display
issue.
