Hi,
I recently changed from opensuse 13.2 to Leap 42.1.
With opensuse 13.2 and amd-catalyst 15.9 and with Leap 42.1 and the
amd-crimson driver 15.11 I could use darktable with openGL.
Unfortunately with the amd-crimson I could not access init 3 from init 5
on my computer, so I had to remove the driver.

That left me with the free amd-radeon-driver, which I would prefer
anyhow but doesn't give me openGL in darktable 2.0.

It is reported that newer kernels should provide better supported
amd-radeon drivers.
suse Leap uses at present Linux kernel 4.13. Is there a chance that a
newer kernel might help?

cu
Peter
