I guess you meant OpenCL?
No, currently none of the "free" opencl drivers are usable
(*especially* beignet.).
Mesa GalliumCompute is not even feature-complete.

So if you want OpenCL - you need to use either proprietary drivers
from AMD or NVIDIA.
