I wouldn't access the same database from more than one computer at the same 
time, I am not even sure if it would be possible. But even if it did you would 
most likely corrupt it. You could of course divide the images into several 
folders on a network share and cull each one on a separate computer. In the 
end you'd have the relevant information (rating + color labels + tags) in the 
XMP files so you could import them into a single database.
