  Frankly, that's impossible. You don't have control over the conditions
how a image is rendered on other people's hardware. Image viewers might
cause artefacts, colour profiles might not match, or the display simply
might not be capable of reproducing certain hues or shades.

  There are reasons why companies like RAL or Pantone can make money out
of numbering colours ;-)
