In that case I'd suggest you just grab a release tarball (2.0.1 right now) and build that instead. This page is also a good resource on how to build on several platforms: http://redmine.darktable.org/projects/darktable/wiki/Building_darktable_20 It includes all the needed dependencies as well to make it easy to have a fully featured build (maps, etc).
