stdvclXX.dll is also required (eg. for Delphi 4, stdvcl40.dll).  Did you
deploy that as well?

Look in the Delphi help on the Contents tab: "Programming with Delphi",
"Deploying applications", "Multi-tiered Distributed Application Services
(MIDAS)".  This page lists the full set of files required on both the
server and the client for everything to work correctly.
