Meaning that if Datapump is a feature of Delphi then you are only legitimately
owed the D3 version of datapump... Silly really ain't it... Since Datapump is
really a dev tool rather than an end-user tool I suspect it is treated as part of
the Delphi distribution so updating it means having d3CS installed... Are there any
issues with having both installed (custom install D3CS to install the minimal config
with only Datapump if possible).
