Do a custom install from your D3 Disk and only install BDE, but Take all
options for the BDE (SQL Links etc) then Download and apply BDE updates to
bring your BDE back up to the latest.
As an alternate, you can purchase some sillyStubbApp done up in a wise
install which happens to include the full BDE. Cost of this app = 1 can of
beer.
