I agree with Patrick.

The error dialogue should also present:
An explanation of the problem
A possible resolution to the problem
A reference to where more information on the problem can be found.

Thus the users of the product would not have to spend hours searching 
web sites trying to find information that must have been known to the 
author of the code that brings up the dialogue.
