Analysis Results Does not complete

I see error messages in datacleaner.log. Is DataCleaner (DC) expecting the csv
file to have the data correctly populated? My understanding was that the job of
DC is to validate all the csv file and generate a report. Is this not correct?
Any documentation would help.
Example of errors (the same message is logged out on multiple rows)
