Martin replied to subject 'Unable to start up DataCleaner on Mac (any version)' ------------------- Claudia, * I've downloaded the DataCleaner-app.zip * Unzipped the package * Drag and drop DataCleaner.app onto Applications folder in Finder * Double clicked the /Applications/DataCleaner.app and nothing happens. The DataCleaner icon only blink in a Dock for a second. The app can't be opened nor installed.
