Hi gents,

Scott, I did already try installing dm-tags, as indeed I had to do
with ferret as well.  However, as I understand it, the problem is that
dm-tags-0.9.8 just doesn't exist. Am I mistaken?

OTOH, I see 0.9.8 on github (committed by Dan). I'm not completely
clear on how this all works, but is the issue that this hasn't been
pushed out to rubyforge?

Dan, I'm not clear on why uninstalling everything first is safer or
why it will help me in this situation. Can you clarify?
