I don't think that's it. I think the dm-tags that is part of dm-more isn't being installed because it depended on newgem. If you didn't have it installed it would skip over it (sorta) silently instead of blowing up. The message was outputted on the screen, but it would be easy to miss with ~30 gems being installed all at once for all of dm- more. I just re-organized dm-more a bit more consistently. Every gem was packaged one way, and dm-tags was different. Not only are they all consistent now, but I got a chance to really clean up the Rakefiles and add some JRuby/Windows compatibility fixes too. > OTOH, I see 0.9.8 on github (committed by Dan). Can you clarify? I sometimes run into issues with older gems conflicting with newer ones. I've gotten into the habit of always removing all the old gems before installing new ones, just to absolutely ensure the results I'm getting are from whatever I installed and not something left behind from a previous installation. However, I think the changes I made this evening should clear it up for you. Please give it a shot and respond (or ping me on IRC) and I'll look into it further. -- Thanks, Dan (dkubb) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DataMapper" group.
