The code to support it would be pretty easy inside DM itself - just need a 
monkeypatch/extension of DataMapper::Adapters::DataObjectsAdapter#create + 
#insert_statement.

But the question to which I don't have an off-the-cuff answer is: what would a 
well-formed/elegant usage of it look like?
