well, we have a written request pending with MRC for the last 6 months
for ward boundaries of just one town (Ramanagara). They say they cannot
give them to us directly. The municipality has to request the file, and
then the municipality can share it with whomsoever they want. So its
just a ping-pong...
if you have better luck, please share the boundaries online.
