Here is the right interpretation: Monsoon - June to Aug (GW level recorded in Aug) Post monsoon Kharif - Sept to Nov (GW level recorded in Nov) Post monsoon Rabi - Dec to Jan (GW level recorded in Jan) Pre-monsoon - Feb to May (GW level recorded in May)
