Mainly it is from SECC 2011: https://secc.gov.in/welcome -> View results.. You can drill down to Tehsil level. Also, lot of data available under MNREGA such as: http://mnregaweb2.nic.in/netnrega/dynamic_account_details_ippe.aspx If you find a better source, please let me know.
