You won't find a direct estimator of income at either district or ward level, but you'll find proxies, such as consumption expenditure or consumption expenditure categories in NSS surveys at district level. Hardly anything exists at ward level as income proxy in government records. Only alternative measure such as spatial features or web listing of services with addresses would help.
