thanks a lot for your precious advices. If you don't mind I have further questions. 1)it happened that indexing a web-site, i faced the matter of session-ids. I read the forum/the documentation and i found out that the problem can be solved inserting in indexer.conf some ReverseAlias commands; as a consequence, I stopped the indexer, I inserted the ReverseAlias commands and re-executed the indexer. Is it normal that the indexer analyzes the same urls as if no ReverseAlias has been inserted in the indexer.conf? I mean: is now the indexer checking those sessioId-urls that were inserted in the DB before stopping and re-executing it? 2)I'm providing to the indexer a list of sites to index. Are this urls analyzed in a sequential way? if the answer is no, is it possible to tell the indexer to index the sites in the same order specified in the file containing those urls, proceding to the (n+1)th url only when (n)th url has been completely indexed? 3)Is there a default for Period command in indexer.conf?
