You can shutdown stored, if you're not have &stored= parameter configured in your DBAddr command. DoStore command enables/disables direct access to stored database located on same PC without stored. So, removing &stored= parameter from DBAddr and specifying "DoStore no", you disable stord database completely. Please send me to maxime [at] sochi dot net dot ru all your config files along with configure options used to build dpsearch, and include/dps_config.h file.
