Try to omit charset=utf8 from your Mime commands, i.e. use Mime text/rtf* "text/html" "unrtf --html $1" Mime application/rtf "text/html" "unrtf --html $1" commands, because unrtf only support cp437, cp850 and Mac charsets, all others charsets simply copied out one to one by byte.
