I managed to get the croatian charachters. I downloaded a new version of unrtf (0.20.3), yet that version too doesn't have any support for UTF-8. Yet the search shows the correct croatian charachters when I use this new version of unrtf. So dpsearch manages to detect those charset with this version, yet not with the older one (which was like 0.19.3). So I got my problem fixed.
