I had a client that I haven't worked with for years and years contact me today with a problem with his law firms' DP application. This is something I worked on a long, long time ago and that they are still using. Any records I have of this application are long gone, washed away in the floor of 9/04 that swept away most of my office and etc. Who do I go to to extract the definers password I put in it? At one time I gave an envelope with the password to the client but since I haven't worked on this thing in a decade that copy of the password is long gone as far as I can determine. I know Ive seen this problem mentioned here before so I know that somewhere there's an answer . . .
