While this has probably been discussed before, the changes that you probably
wish to do are exactly the reason why DataPerfect lost its traction. I've
used DP since v.2.0 and the inability to change the structure without having
to download and then upload the data has caused me to use other database
products for clients. And that is really a shame because of all of the other
positive aspects of the program.

I think principally added or modified reports, possibly changes in 
colours or labelling in panels; perhaps added indexes. Not changes in 
fields.
