Hi Victor, Without looking too much into the specific details of your application, the generally technique for including "multiple reports" from the one report is to create a report which will act as a holder for the other reports. I do this all the time but I base the report container on a dummy panel which has one record, but you can use any panel proided it has one or more records. The "multiple reports" will nest inside the containers Report Body. If you have multiple report you will need to set an RVx to 0 and then after the nested reports insert a Stop Report/SubReport so that the containers report body only executes once.
You insert the virtual reports as Virtual SubReports without any linkage to the container report, inside the containers report body. You just write the subreport as though it were a standalone report. You cannot use the Real reports search function nor is the index chose there of any relevance. What I would like to do is produce one report using virtual link sub-reports (ie parallel sub-reports, to use Ralph Alvy's terminology), so that I select the start and end date once using Prompt for Value of Report Value. Again I have no problem with using this method and using the Skip To and Skip If iteration commands for an individual report, but doing 3 parallel reports particularly where the two-level is not sorted on date, does not produce the desired result. It appears to be a problem with indexes, but despite reading the Iteration Control and Sub-report chapters in detail I cannot locate the problem or an example of what I want.
