Don,
You could copy those DVDs and burn them to a new set.

Hey fellows - so I have the complete set here at the office. What's the best way of helping Robert with this? Should I simply lend him the set? Probably the easiest thing to do. Or I could upload them to a file transfer site that permits jumbo files (generally used to transfer graphic files) and then give Robert access to download them?

Hi Don, Hi Colin,

I would prefer they were not on YouTube or other public site, as I think there might have been some commercially sensitive things in my presentation. From memory some of the other presentations might have that too, and I know it is a long time ago, (almost 7 years) but some core features of markets and the approaches taken in handling them might not be best available in the public arena.

If you did put them there I think they would be the longest YouTube videos ever…. Perhaps no one would ever watch long enough to get to anything commercially sensitive  J

Brian

Hi Robert

I'll have a look tonight - you'll want NTSC - I may have spares but I doubt I'll have a complete set - could run off the missing ones at cost and then a bit of freight. Assuming you are only looking for 1 set (8 DVDs)

Hi Robert. I don't know if Colin has any more of them but you're welcome to borrow my set if you need to.

Dear Friends

I've recently connected and begun to work with a New York-based based group of Open Source developers - www.floearth.org (currently in pre-launch status) and need to able to integrate my DP data into their site - ideally using the DANS Dataperfect Library To do this I need to share information with them about the wonders and working of DP.

Are the DVDs from the Huntington Beach conference still available, and what is the cost?

Also, I / we would like to know more about using DP as a backend to a web site?

I'd appreciate any help with this.

Robert
