FWIW, in working with Bruce Conrad to upgrade DP Reports to newer web conventions, I learned that some original HTML codes have been "re- somethinged" and are no longer recognized by some of the newer browsers. Using &apos could be one of these cases.
Brian's suggestion is a good one. Make sure you try it on a new instance of the DP app and have a back up of the old one. Best of luck!
