You might like to try this open source editor. Notepad++ http://www.notepad-plus-plus.org/ for Hex Editing you need to install the Hex Editor plugin. http://sourceforge.net/projects/npp-plugins/files/Hex%20Editor/ You can edit Hex in Unicode or ANSI, just copy the relevant DLL intop the Programs Plugins Folder. I want something that is similar to WPOffice Editor in Binary mode with Reveal Codes displayed so that I can see Hex codes but don't really want them to dominate the display.
