While I haven't resolved my issue with VDos I think I know what to do next, the problem is one of available time. This is a separate problem which someone may have a clue about.
On both my laptop running Win7 and one of my boxes here running Vista I have a problem of "losing" dp while running reports when another window is open. This happens on my laptop a lot but I don't use DP that much. On this newer Vista box I do. What I find is that if I'm doing an import or running a report and open another window to do something else - maybe check my email or work on a spreadsheet, my DOS window becomes inaccessible. The program continues to work and stops but I can't click on the window and open it, I have to close the program by shutting down the window and reopen it. Any ideas?
