Danny,

When you get the error/crash, is the print job file still left in the DPSpool folder? And is the DPSpool print job file something you could send to me (i.e. not sensitive information)?

I'd like to see exactly what DPSpool's trying to process to see if I can track down the issue.

Oh, and nothing is 'fool-proof'. :)

Dear all,

Recently, I am using DPSpool for sending data from DataPerfect to Pdfdistiller.

Regularly I get the message: Run-time error '5' - Invalid procedure call or argument.

And DPSpool (running on a server) stops and after closing the message window, DPSPool disappears.

What can be the cause? I thought DPSpool was made 'fool-proof'.

Thanks for your suggestion. (Maybe Tim Rude has an idea?)

Danny
