I own and run sanbachs.com but only use it now for email. There is quite a
bit of older stuff about DP on the related http://sanbachs.net/ (including
about firestorm which can be used to access DP data files on a web server
(if you know C programming)). It also contains a copy of (most of) an older
DP community site at http://sanbachs.net/compusofl/

I've also written one blog post about DP at
http://conwithoutcon.blogspot.com/2015/08/continuation-without-compulsion.html
which contains a few links itself, including one you mention,

presentation of DP by Ralph Alvy
