Happy New Year, Everyone!

I just read through the vDos.info home page.  I'm very interested in others' experience with running DP 2.6 or any other DOS programs under vDos on a Windows 10-64 bit operating system.

Thanks!

Best,
Charlie Wolf

Hi,

I am trying to produce reports via the command line eg:
DP <datafile> /W /Ei=report.log

report.log has just two lines:
-------------
#R:
=1=
-------------
(default report nr 1)

there is no way to get any result, DP just says "Disk read error"
the database works well and I can produce a report while running the DP (report screen) but not outside.
I am using the DP26YU.EXE btw, I am not sure if its the latest or some broken beta test version
BTW I tested this not only under  "MSDOS player" but Dosbox and VDOSplus as well, do I need a VM machine or real DOS?

Thanks in advance

chris
