Yesterday, I have published on CPAN version 0.0506
of DateTime::Event::Sunrise.

The new version has an overhauled precise algorithm.
In addition, this algorithm has been tested with
external data, obtained by spotting the position of
the Sun as given by Stellarium and cross-checking the
values with the NOAA's solar calculator. See:
https://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/grad/solcalc/
http://stellarium.org/

Contrary to my previous message on 2020-06-19,
there is no user parameter to chose the angular
speed.

Although the code is sufficiently improved to allow
a release to CPAN, work is far from completed. I still
have much to explain and document, in the "doc" subdirectory
of Astro::Sunrise. See the astronomical-notes.pod file in
https://github.com/jforget/Astro-Sunrise/blob/master/doc/

But the rhythm will be rather slow, I have other
projects in my to-do stack: summer vacation, version 0.0.2
of Raky distribution Date::Calendar::MayaAztec, and many
others.

Many thanks to all those who have helped me in one way
or another.
