Fighting spam is not easy and if you'd know an infallible method you can
become very rich :)
Sometimes maps can help but certain maps usage will block more email that
could not be classified as spam ( DUL is an example ).
Forcing your users to adopt smtp auth will help you to be well protected
agaist relaying but the problem of the spam coming to your accounts is
still not solved.
The bottom line is that there's no infallible method and each one has its
own drawbacks.
