And I told you :

1) empty your smtprelay.tab
2) force your client to use smtp auth
3) use the SmtpPerms inside user.tab to selectively enable relaying

To have your client to use SMTP authentication you've to setup
Outlook/Eudora/Pine/Mutt/... to use smtp auth.
Just remember that the username is the FULL email address.
