HI,

It seems the only way to get tools for writing DSP code currently is to buy the DVDSK (at around $10,000 !!!). The evaluation version of Code Composer Studio is for V3.1, which is no good for Davinci. I have found no other way to download any free tools yet.

I found I can't build codec engines without cgtools under linux. Does anyone know where I can find cgtools or compatible tools?
