It's ok, by default they are H,H. In H,H mode only the icepick is
present on the jtag chain, so it doesn't work for lauterbach

yes, or you can write them into a text file with extension .cmm
(extension doesn't matter, it's just a convention), and type:

do yourscript.cmm

yes, that's why it's better to have them into a script.

As you learn more about the debugger, you will find that your scripts
get more complex every time to load all the debugging stuff you may
like for your platform.
