Hi, [I'm cc'ing davinci list in case someone can help]
I've never used CTS/RTS. I'm not sure if it's enabled/supported by default in the driver. You might want to verify that CTS/RTS is enabled in the Davinci uart2 register, or check the uart driver code at drivers/serial/8250.c (this is a generic linux driver). davinci mailing list search: http://www.mail-archive.com/search?q=cts&l=davinci-linux-open-source%40l inux.davincidsp.com someone with the same problem: http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED] om/msg03767.html -Ronald -----Original Message----- From: yu yu [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, January 04, 2008 10:38 AM To: John Ronald Taneza; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: Enabling UART2 on DaVinci Dear Sir: I am wondering the control of UART2 is different with UART 0 and UART1. Besides TX and RX , I also would like to use the UART_CTS2 and UART_RTS2. But there's no signal from TX2,RX2,CTS2 and RTS2... Could you give me ideas for it? ( Or send me the device driver code for that? ) Thank you very much.. B.R.
