Hi!
I would like to note that we had a problem with booting ARM when DSP
is left in self-boot mode.
I did not have intention to try to use DSP in this mode but in our
design where ARM boots from NAND on EMIF system does not boot at all
if DSP is in self boot mode due some weird constrains on the EMIF bus.
I would ask TI this question.
