It is fixed. This is the sequence that I used, I don“t know whether it's the right one or not, but it seems that works.
My board is a DM6446. First, install CCS, the USB XDS560R emulator, which shall appear in the Windows Device Manager (at this point the emulator LED 1,2 and 3 blink sequencing). Then, connect the emulator to the board, selecting the first switch of S3 in the DM6446 to off (to allow the board to be booted from the emulator). Configure the following factory board in the CCS setup: 'DM6446 SDXDS560R USB EMULATOR'. Here was my problem, I selected the XDS560 emulator instead of the SDXDS560R one. Finally, turn on the board and run CCS.
