well, I connect the COUT0 to GND on the board, and I can connect the ICEPICK now. :) but when it connect the C6400plus core the error like this: ----------------------------------------------------------- Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000244/-1137 Fatal Error during: Register, Initialization, OCS,
It appears that the target is being held in reset. This may be due to Wait-In-Reset (WIR) configuration set by the EMU0=0 and EMU1=1 pin settings. If this is the case, DISCONNECT all CONNECTED devices including icepick and then select RETRY to clear the WIR configuration. If this is a multi-core system, the master CPU may not be releasing the DSP/MCU from reset. Please check your configuration in CC_setup and/or your GEL file to ensure that nothing is blocking the DSP/MCU from being released from reset ----------------------------------------------------------- DM6446 is used ,which means I have to modify the DaVinciEVM_arm.gel file?what can block the DSP and what to do? 2008/9/25 Azbell, Brandon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: >> I made my own new DM6446 borad, and removed some switch of EVM.but the first >> time I connnect the target by emulator the error : >> "SC_ERR_CTL_NO_TRG_POWER <-180> >> The controller has detected a target power loss. >> The user may have failed to turn-on or connect its source." > >> i tested the JTAG pin TRSTn TMS TCLK TDI TDO TCKRTN,the voltage is right >> before i connect the emalator. >> After connectting the emulator there is nothing changed, DSP power is >> correct, the TVD TMS are high,TRSTn is low,but there is not any clock signal >> on the TCLK & TCKRTN pin. > [Brandon] : I presume TMS, TDI and TRSTn all have pullup and pulldown > resistors on them which would place them in the proper state that you > observe. If there is not a TCLK observed, please make sure the PD pin (power > detect) is connected on the emulation pod. This is used by the emulation pod > to detect power and provide power to the interface buffers driving the TRSTn, > TDI, TMS and TCLK signals. > > Brandon Azbell > Texas Instruments > _______________________________________________ Davinci-linux-open-source mailing list [email protected] http://linux.davincidsp.com/mailman/listinfo/davinci-linux-open-source
