Hm, couldn't match this address to any meaningful structure field that's used at the beginning of musb_giveback()...
I think it got NULL 'qh' somehow. If 'urb' was NULL, it should have oopsed right in musb_advance_schedule() -- unless something was very broken. I wonder if the direction ('is_in') got messed somehow...
