Hello,

Please go through the user guide of the DVSDK. You can get them from the TI
website also.
The following site also provides some information
(http://www.linuxdriver.co.il/davinci)
http://focus.ti.com/dsp/docs/dspplatformscontenttp.tsp?sectionId=2&familyId=1300&tabId=1854

If you have registered your board, you can access the documents from TI site
also.
This should help you to start off. Your questions will be answered by many of
these documents.

With best regards,

Subject: DVSDK Usage problem

Hi All,

I am trying to use the DVSDK v1.30.

What things do I need on the DSP Side.
Do I need to download the DSP/BIOS explicitly?
Or does the decode application downloads the same for me?

In case I need to download the DSP/BIOS, then how can I download the same
and what are the necessary utils to use the same?

Is there any good document for the same?

I don't have an IR remote, so would be using the dvsdk application from
command line. Is there any requirement for using it from command line?

Please Help...

Regards,
Suhas Jain
