Hi, The settings for TVP5146 are for interlaced and embedded sync format. Please check with your camera module as to what kinda output it is supposed to give. For a reference, you can follow the MT9T001 CMOS camera client driver to rewrite your driver. This will be more closer and similar to what you are trying to achieve.
