You say that there is no problem on DVEVM. What hardware platform are you doing this on?

I use 64MB RAM and 256MB Nand. I tried same Nand on the DVEVM, there is no problem. I wrote DDR RAM Test program in Uartboot.c and Ram is OK. I can't find hardware problem.
