Steve, We designed our board. We use 64MB DDR2 ram, Micron 256MB Nand and DM355 Enginnering Sample. I can scope all of nand interface signals during nand erase. I think there is no hardware problem. Maybe I must change the DM35x Flash and Boot Util. I can find only one parameter about DDR, DEVICE_DDR2_RAM_SIZE.
