Hi all,

we encountered a problem with latest 2.6.18 ti kernel and DVSDK 2.00.00.60.
There seems to be an issue which causes the video playback studdering.

We have tried playing mpeg2 but others have seen this also with mpeg4.
The TI gstreamer boys said that there could be an kernel issue with realtime
interupts.

Does anybody know something about this behaviour or - much better - knows the
cause of this ugly bug?

Any hints are welcome!

Nearby another questions: What is the common Kernel / DVSDK combination? We are
struggling with every common and
released ti combination over new bugs and are not really able to release a
really working firmware solution :-(

Thank you in advance,
Dieter

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards
Dieter Kiermaier
