Hi,

On our embedded board we have a TI DM6467 processor connected to a DDR2 SDRAM.
We have configured the DM6467's DDR2 controller in half-drive mode. We need to
configure the DDR2 SDRAM device, Micron MT47H64M16HR-3:H in reduced drive mode.
We are told by Micron that the initialization sequence at the Davinci needs to
be configured to reprogram the EMR register in the DDR2 SDRAM device.

Refer pages 82-83 of the DDR data sheet. Refer Fig 37.

"The EMR is programmed via the LM command and will retain the stored
information until it is programmed again or the device loses power.
Reprogramming the EMR will not alter the contents of the memory array, provided
it is performed correctly."

Can anyone help us program the DDR register using this LM command from the
Uboot?

Thanks,
Priya
